The simplest way to offer your dog apple cider vinegar is to add some to his water bowl. Use no more than one tablespoon per 50 pounds of bodyweight and limit your use to twice a week.
other ways are :
Pumpkin seeds are an extremely effective deworming agent because they contain an amino acid called cucurbitacin. This paralyzes the worms making them easily eliminated from the intestine. They can be fed whole as a treat or you can grind them into a fine powder and add to Fido's food. Cucurbitin paralyzes the worms and eliminates them from your dog's digestive tract. When feeding your dog pumpkin seeds, use raw organic seeds. Don't give your dog the salted seeds, which aren't safe for him. Grind seeds and give ¼ tsp per 10 lbs of weight once or twice a day until the parasites are gone.
COCOUNT :
Dried coconut can help eliminate worms from the body. Sprinkle unsweetened dried coconut over your pet's food. For serving, guidelines recommend one teaspoon for small dogs, two teaspoons for medium dogs and one tablespoon for large breeds. Coconut oil may also be an effective treatment.
CARROT :
Mix fresh carrot, beet, and cucumber juices into your dog's food. These juices help make his intestines less attractive to worms. Give 1 tsp per 10 lbs of your dog's body weight per day.
