Cernunnos, The Most important Celtic Deity there is. A powerful God of the Forest and Animals, he is depicted with antlers growing from his brow. He is seen as the guardian of wildlife and wildwood places. He has been worshipped for thousands of years, his image carved in rock, stone, and iron by our Primitive ancestors. Perhaps the most famous depiction of Cernunnos is the one on the Gundestrup cauldron, which dates from approximately 150 BC - 1 BC. This Cauldron is a Symbol of Transformation and regeneration, representing the life cycle of birth, death, and rebirth. In terms of Magic, Cernunnos is a great all-arounder and he can be invoked for Strength, Courage, Resilience, Fertility, Passion, and protection.
